How to Play
Spin the gacha 8 times, pick one character per spin and place them in one of the 8 posts of your crew. Build the strongest crew!
Spin the gacha
Press "Spin" and 8 random characters appear — your spins are yours alone. If none convinces you, you get 1 re-roll per game.
Pick and place
Tap a character: their icons show which free posts they fit (a "—" means none) and those posts light up. Then tap a free post. 8 spins = 8 posts.
Hidden Power ×1.5
A character's Power (1-99) stays hidden until you place them. In a post they fit they're worth ×1.5; out of place, just their base Power.
Chemistry and rank
A full crew earns bonuses for current or former crewmates, shared titles, heirs of the D., 3+ Conqueror’s Haki users, 6+ fruit users or all 8 matching their posts. Your total sets your rank, from Rookie to King of the Pirates.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is a character's Power calculated?
Every character has a Power from 1 to 99 based on their strength in the story: haki, Devil Fruit, bounty, rank and feats. You only discover it when you place them in your crew.
What does it mean that a character "fits"?
They match the post's category (for example, a swordsman in the Swordsman post). Characters that fit are worth their Power ×1.5.
Are the spins the same for everyone?
No: every player gets their own spins. What's the same for everyone are the day's 8 posts.
What is chemistry?
Nakama includes current and former affiliations. Great powers awards +10 for 2 Emperors or 2 Warlords, +20 for 3 and +30 for 4 or more, including former holders; only the largest group counts. Both bonuses can stack. The D., 3+ Conqueror’s Haki users, 6+ fruit users and all 8 matching posts also give bonuses.
