A new mystery just dropped anchor at WhatPiece: say hello to Identity, our daily One Piece deduction game. Forget guessing blindly - here you interrogate the mystery until only one pirate can possibly be behind the silhouette.

How does Identity work?

Every day we hide a character from the One Piece universe behind a mystery silhouette. You do not guess right away: first you ask Yes or No questions by picking conditions from themed categories, and each answer narrows down the pool of possible characters. You get up to 10 questions and only 3 lives to submit a final guess, so every clue counts.

Nine themes to interrogate the mystery

  • Affiliation - Government, Marines, revolutionaries, Shichibukai and more, plus whether they carry the Will of D.
  • Crew - search through every pirate crew in the series, from the Straw Hats to the smallest band.
  • Occupation - captain, doctor, swordsman, chef... the full searchable list of roles.
  • Devil Fruit - Paramecia, Zoan, Logia, Mythical or Ancient Zoan, even SMILE fruits.
  • Haki - Busoshoku, Kenbunshoku, Haoshoku, or whether they use Haki at all.
  • Debut - East Blue saga, pre-timeskip, a precise debut chapter slider, or search by story arc.
  • Bounty - a slider from "has a bounty" up to five billion berries.
  • Gender & status - alive, deceased or unknown.
  • Age & height - two more sliders, from ordinary pirates all the way to giants.
  • Race - human, fish-man, mink, giant and every other race in the series.

A live counter does the math for you

Every option shows how many candidates still match the clues collected so far, and that number drops in real time as you answer. Stuck? Tap "Suggest a question" and the game will point you to the question that narrows the field the most. The hidden character is always picked among the series' most recognizable names, never from obscure corners of the catalog, so the deduction stays fair.

Once you think you know who it is, type the name into the search bar. Guess wrong and you lose a life - burn through all 3 and the mystery is revealed, but the character resets at midnight for a brand-new challenge (and a chance to keep your streak alive!).
